CARE INSTRUCTIONS: HONOR YOUR TOOLS

These solid wood brushes are living tools. Because they are made of natural materials, they require a specific environment to maintain their integrity:

Keep Them Dry: Never leave your wooden brushes soaking in water or in a damp, enclosed space. This can lead to splitting the wood and compromising the bristles. 

Sunshine Cure: These brushes love the light. After use, and especially after cleaning, set them in the bright sunshine as much as possible. The sun acts as a natural purifier for the bristles.

Cleaning: To refresh the bristles, you may quickly dip them in boiling water or use a mild, pure soap. Always dry them bristle-side down in the sun to ensure moisture does not settle into the wood handle.

Conditioning: To keep the wood handles from splitting and to honor the handcrafted grain, occasionally massage a small amount of Best Skin Ever or Love Butter into the wood with a soft cloth. This seasons the wood and keeps your tools as radiant as your skin.
